The Russian Society would like to invite you to a night of Russian poetry reading. Please come and share with the students of the society a reading of some of your favourite Russian poetry.
The evening begins at 7p.m. on Monday October the 15th, in the Senior Common Room located on King's Campus,in between the Anglican Chapel, and the Chapel Bay Residence (ask the front desk or security if in doubt). There will be wine, cheese, fire in the fireplace, comfy chairs and a big red carpet to spread yourselves out on. There will also be an interlude of live music,in the tradition of Russian gypsy music, performed by the Russian Society Band (namely, Graham on his double bass).
Please RSVP us in advance to let us know that you are reading.
Remember, you may also come just to listen and enjoy.
